Your New Role

The Warner Bros Discovery Procurement Global Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting in the quality assurance and compliance activities resulting in increased accuracy of the source-to-contract process. This role works closely with the procurement team, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to drive efficiency in the source to pay process. The candidate for this position should possess strong knowledge and understanding of the procurement and contract process.  This position will report to the Director for Procurement Global Process Owner.

Your Role Responsibilities:

  • Guide the business through the end-to-end source to contract process ensuring that our business units are compliant with our policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with key departments and business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  • With support from manager, maintain source to contract processes documentation and ensure that they are up to date
  • Independently address moderately complex requests and tasks with stakeholders.
  • Lead small projects and initiatives by coordinating and tracking the completion of tasks.
  • Support work prioritization and long-term planning activities.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement identification and solution planning.
  • Document a recommendation along with alternatives considered for key decisions
  • Support and lead training to Procurement, Business, and cross functional teams on new/current source-to-contract processes
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal standards, regulations, and internal policies, including identifying and mitigating supplier risks
  • Support the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process and tool
  • Support the Procure to Pay (P2P) process
  • Partner closely with Global Business Services to communicate process changes, ensuring timely updates and clear guidance is provided.
  • Support the adoption and compliance of new P2P procedures and address questions as they arise.
     

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 - 5 years, preferably in procurement, contract management, or supply chain preferred
  • At least, 1-2 years of experience conducting training and comfortable speaking to small-large audiences
  • Experience in using systems and solutions to manage the source to contract process (i.e. Workday Strategic Sourcing, Ariba, SAP, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Contract Lifecycle Management solutions)
  • Experience with managing contract data and contractual documents
  • Knowledgeable of procurement lifecycle and procure to pay process and tools
  • Strong analytical and system/process skills
