The Senior Site coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Provides administrative and logistical support across Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and the General Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Serves as the primary coordinator for sales meetings, customer engagements, marketing activities, and client visits
- Coordinates internal and external events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution
- Supports local payment processing via iProc, and related administrative workflows
- Supports execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including coordination, tracking, and administrative follow-up
- Organizes meetings, prepares agendas, captures minutes, and ensures timely follow-through on action items
- Manages expense reporting and administrative support for the General Manager and leadership team as needed
- Maintains and organizes marketing materials and customer-facing resources
- Maintains strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business and personnel information
Qualifications:
- Third Level Diploma or bachelor’s preferred.
- At least 3 years in an administrative capacity
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior organization and interpersonal skills
- Experience in planning events and procurement required
- ERP (Oracle) and iProc experience preferred
- Availability to work on-site 3 days per week, during normal business hours
- Proactive and solutions focused
- Professional, Approachable and service orientated
- Able to work independently and as par to a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities
- Adaptable and willing to take on a varied workload in a dynamic international organization
