Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Senior Analyst - IT Finance & Analytics is to provide advanced support and analysis to the Corporate Information Technology team. Working closely with the Senior Manager - IT Finance & Analytics, the main areas of focus are providing comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for IT, supporting the annual budgeting process, authoring project request forms, reviewing allocations, collaborating with other IT functions to provide financial direction, and ensuring compliance with the company financial processes and policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for IT.
Act as budgeting process lead for local IT team, providing financial direction to local leadership, reviewing contracts with contract owners, and drafting presentations as required.
Author Project Request Forms, as required.
Collaborate with Business Delivery team to accurately track project budgets, forecast project expenses, and ensure proper coding of project-related costs.
Assist in the creation of financial and business delivery dashboards.
Identify budgeting variances and work with the related IT function to determine next steps.
Work with accounting team to place assets into service and track depreciation.
Assist in the efforts to streamline and automate all analytics reporting processes, ensuring availability for ad-hoc analysis and projects.
Ensure reporting and analyses are presented in a clear and concise manner for executive leadership.
Work with global cross functional teams to drive consistency of data, processes and technology.
Provide information and analysis for budgeting and project prioritization.
Accurately record and report on the status of submissions and approvals.
Perform job duties in a safe manner.
Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related business discipline is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
3-5+ years of experience in Finance, IT and/or Accounting.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Strong quantitative & analytical skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft Office programs.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset required.
Experience performing finance and accounting related activities.
Experience with PowerBI preferred.
Experience working with financial data from key gaming and hospitality applications such as Infor CloudSuite and Ariba preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required.
Must be able to operate with a high degree of independence with respect to all job duties and responsibilities.
Strong time management and organizational skills, including ability to work with minimal supervision, understand appropriate priorities and use a proactive approach to manage daily responsibilities.
Ability to thrive in an environment of constant learning, and requires the ability to think critically.
Able to travel as needed to support a global organization.
Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
