SENIOR EXECUTIVE, TAX

JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
We are seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Tax Senior Executive to oversee our tax compliance and reporting processes. You won't just be crunching numbers; you will be the bridge between our accounting records and tax obligations, ensuring every Rupiah is accounted for. This role requires a blend of in-depth Indonesian tax knowledge, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-tax stakeholders effectively.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Manage and ensure timely submission of all monthly and annual tax returns (WHT Art. 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and VAT).
Perform rigorous monthly reconciliations between the General Ledger (GL) and tax returns (Equating tax payable vs. expenses and VAT out/in).
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the tax impact is accurately reflected in the financial statements.
Utilise advanced Excel capabilities to automate tax reporting templates and improve accuracy.
WHO YOU ARE:
6–7 years of solid experience in Tax or Accounting (Tax focus preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Fiscal Administration, or a related field. Brevet A & B is mandatory; Brevet C is a plus.
Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Tax Law and updated regulations (HPP Law, etc.).
Deep understanding of the accounting cycle and PFRS/PSAK.
Prior experience in the Retail, Manufacturing, or Aviation industries.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Excel Power User (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match, and Data Validation are your second language).
Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing) with the ability to explain technical tax nuances clearly.
A "well-rounded" professional who thrives under deadline pressure and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work On-site (WFO) and relocate to or reside in Tangerang.
