As a Specialist - Regulatory Operational Excellence you will help shape regulatory processes that make our work faster and more reliable. We value curiosity, clear communication, and a practical mindset. This role offers real growth, visible impact, and the chance to help GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Process Health Authorities invoices accurately and ensure timely payment in compliance with internal and external requirements.

  • Investigate and resolve payment-related incidents, collaborating with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Monitor and analyze payment workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing process improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.


Why You?
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Academic degree

  • Experience in regulatory operations, regulatory affairs, quality systems or related functions.

  • Experience with process improvement methods or tool implementation projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Polish language skills preferred.

  • Proficient with standard office software and comfortable learning new systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

  • Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to optimize processes

  • Can-do attitude, proactive and solution-oriented in resolving challenges.
