Role Overview

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Brand Visibility suite, including Listings integrations, GBP tools, and local presence management features. This is a high-impact role where you will define how agencies help their clients get found online. You will shape the strategy and roadmap for:

- Local listings accuracy & distribution
- Search and map visibility improvements
- GBP optimization workflows
- Multi-location management
- AI-powered insights & recommendations
- Integration improvements with Yext, Uberall, and other listing partners
- You will work closely with engineering, design, data, partnerships, and marketing to deliver tools that enhance local discoverability, improve ranking factors, and drive measurable ROI for businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the vision and roadmap for Listings, GBP tools, and presence management features.
- Align strategy with market shifts in local search, consumer discovery, and multi-location marketing.
- Own HighLevel’s partnerships with Yext, Uberall, and other listing networks, ensuring reliability, API compatibility, and expanding coverage footprint.
- Build experiences that empower agencies to manage hundreds or thousands of listings effortlessly, including bulk actions, syncing, duplicate suppression, and optimization signals.
 - Lead development of tools for managing GBP posts, attributes, hours, photos, Q&A, reviews, insights, and ranking performance.
- Leverage LLMs to generate optimized business descriptions, listing attributes, recommendations, and ranking insights.
- Conduct research, define requirements, prioritize features, work with engineering/design, and launch features with clear success metrics.
- Perform user interviews, analyze data, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for automating agency workflows.
- Define KPIs such as listings accuracy rate, sync success rate, coverage expansion, GBP engagement metrics, and impact on visibility.
- Build features that support large brands and multi-location agencies with hierarchical management, reporting, and permissions.
- Present product roadmaps, run stakeholder reviews, and enable GTM teams to launch and support new features effectively.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, local SEO tools, MarTech, or listings platforms
- Strong understanding of local search ranking factors, Google Business Profile, directory ecosystems, and presence management
- Familiarity with tools like Yext, Uberall, Moz Local, or equivalent platforms
- Experience with API-based integrations & third-party partnerships
- Comfort with data analytics and event-level tracking
- Experience with AI/LLMs is a plus (content generation, recommendations, insights)
- Strong UI/UX instincts and experience working closely with design
- Proven ability to drive strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver with ownership
