Job Description:

This role supports the Market Intelligence, Solutions, and Product Communications Team by driving awareness, education, adoption, and effective utilization of premium financing solutions across distribution channels, with a particular emphasis on high-net-worth (HNW) client segments. The incumbent focuses on preparing multilingual promotional and training materials, coordinating product launches and seminars, gathering market insights, providing operational support for HNW case management, and ensuring smooth logistics and compliance to enhance channel effectiveness, business partner loyalty and contribute to business growth in premium financing and HNW business.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and do the translation on the product / service promotion materials and training material in English and Simplified Chinese with cultural fit.

    • Collect the data for market research and provide input for product / sales process / service improvement.

    • Publish New Product Information with promotional messages on social media, such as SunLifers, IG etc., to enhance Agency’s new product awareness and assist them to create the product promotional message to Agency/Broker channels.

    • Responsible for the New Product Launch Training, Agency & Broker regular client/channels seminar (Health, Wealth, ILAS seminars etc.) poster /materials Artwork and layout design and responsible for all the logistic arrangement, agency/brokers and client enrollments and registration, including due with legal and compliance for the poster and seminar’s content’s approval.

    • Responsible for all the logistic arrangements on Agency and Brokers, consolidate and organize the data and feedback

    • Responsible for the sales tools UAT review from Channels’ point of view, to make sure the tools align with Agency / Brokers and Client’s expectations

    • Prepare the channels communication memo on product and operations updates.

    • Review all the sales materials and deal with all business unites & legal compliance for all the materials review.

    • Work with production vendor for the vendor management
       

    Qualifications

    • University degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Translation, or a related discipline.

    • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services, with exposure to product marketing, training coordination, market intelligence, premium financing operations, or HNW client support.

    • Experience in the Hong Kong banking and insurance industry is highly preferred.

    • Possession of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) Papers 1,3 and 5 is advantageous

    Preferred skills

    • Strong knowledge of premium financing (loan structures, collateral assignment, interest rate risks, HNW implications).

    • In-depth understanding of Hong Kong insurance regulations (IA/HKMA guidelines, AML, compliance)

    • Expertise in life insurance products for premium financing (ILAS, universal life, savings plans for HNW)
      Strong Multilingual skills (English, Cantonese, Simplified Chinese) for translation and communication

    • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint for materials, Word for reports, Excel for analysis)
