Your Opportunity as the Sourcing Manager, Indirects
Support the Corporate Professional Services Senior Procurement Manager in developing and executing strategies (using appropriate tools including industry analysis, supplier analysis, benchmarking, etc.) required to plan, source, negotiate and implement the procurement of various corporate indirect services. Potential sub-categories of spend under management may include Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Integrated Business Planning, Consulting, etc.
Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices
Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires
In this role you will:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to proactively manage existing contracts and develop a strategic pipeline of future sourcing opportunities. Lead supplier relationship management efforts to ensure performance and alignment with business goals.
Drive the execution of RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with stakeholders, lead supplier evaluations and selections, and negotiate commercial terms to maximize value. Partner with Legal to draft, review, and finalize contract language that protects and advances company interests.
Champion cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class value to the business. Represent procurement in strategic meetings, providing insights and guidance that influence decision-making.
Identify, lead, and implement cost optimization and risk mitigation initiatives that contribute to long-term business sustainability and efficiency.
Develop and deploy standard work and integrate industry best practices within the CPS category to drive corporate metrics, enhance operational excellence, and create measurable value.
Manage other tasks as required.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or Related Field
At least 5 years of procurement and supplier relationship management experience with indirect services
Deep knowledge and experience negotiating contracts and managing suppliers within corporate professional services categories
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – internal and external scope
Ability to engage with senior leadership to communicate sourcing strategies and influence decision-making
Strong project management and negotiation skillset
Effectively collaborates with customers to gain agreement/support, ability to influence
Ethical, trustworthy and dependable with focus on customer needs and objectives

Ability to work well and maintain strong business relationships with other departments, outside suppliers and other business partners to deliver against business/organization goals
