Job Description

Reports​ to​ the technical development manager and flight operations engineers

  • Constantly​ strive​ for​ and​ challenge​ any​ threat​ to​ safe​ operations​ be​ that​ of​company​ assets​ or​ staff;​ Action​ all​ states​ requirements​ for​ overflight​ permits;

  • Provide​ assistance​ to​ Operations​ Control​ Center;

  • Keep​ the​ Flighty Operations​ ​ library​ current​ and​ orderly;​

  • Loading​ of​ updated​ aircraft​ documents​ in​ coordination​ with​ the​ Flight​ Operations ​team;

  • ​Provide​ printed​ Aeronautical​ Charts​ to​ flight​ when​ required​ (MEL​ Requirements,​Regulatory​ requirements,​ etc)

  • ​ Secure​ overflight​ permit​ in​ coordination​ with​ the​ Flight​ Dispatch​ Manager​ and/or​his/her​ delegated​ personnel

  • ​ Process​ documentary​ requirements​ for​ Non-Scheduled​ flights​ such​ as​ delivery​flights,​ rescue​ flights,​ positioning​ flights,​ etc.​

  • Liaise​ and​ secure​ approval​ with​ government​ agencies​ and/or​ regulators​ (e.g.​CAAP,​ CAB,​ PNP,​ Customs,​ Immigration,​ Quarantine,​ MIAA,​ etc)​ on​ the​ required​documents​ for​ Non-Routine​ flights;​

  • Coordinate​ with​ other​ departments​ regarding​ the​ requirements​ of​ Routine​ and ​Non-Routine​ flights;​

  • Ensure​ that​ the​ procedures,​ process,​ duties​ and​ responsibilities​ outlined​ for ​Navigation​ Support​ as​ stated​ in​ the​ EFB​ Manual​ are​ strictly​ adhered​ to

  • .Perform​ other​ tasks​ or​ duties​ as​ may​ be​ directed​ by​ the​ Technical Development Manager
