Your Opportunity as the Sourcing Analyst, Indirect Procurement
This position will serve primarily as a support role for the Indirect Procurement group with sourcing responsibilities. It is necessary for this role to assist in procurement activities, contract administration, and stakeholder support. The role will also assist in managing existing supplier relations.
Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices
Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires
In this role you will:
Provide analytical and system support for Indirect Procurement – Corporate & Professional Services team.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to proactively manage existing contracts and pricing updates.
Assist with supplier relationship management to ensure performance and alignment with business goals.
Support RFP/ RFI execution, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to maximize value.
Partner with Legal to draft, review, and finalize contract language that protects and advances company interests.
Conduct sourcing duties by utilizing procurement tools and training.
Support the development and execution of new commercial agreements.
Assist in the resolution of procurement issues.
Help identify and implement cost and risk reduction projects.
Develop and deploy standard work and integrate industry best practices within the technology and professional services categories to drive corporate metrics, enhance operational excellence, and create measurable value.
Manage other tasks and projects as required.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Passion for procurement
Knowledge and understanding of indirect procurement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adept at problem solving, detail oriented
Results driven and self-motivated
Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high demand, fast-paced environment
Ability to execute against strategic plans and objectives
