Solution Engagement Director – Verity Solutions

Join Verity Solutions as a Solution Engagement Director and play a critical role in connecting healthcare organizations with technology that drives meaningful operational and financial outcomes. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to guide prospects through the technical and functional evaluation of Verity’s solutions, positioning our platform as a trusted, value‑driven solution for complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert throughout the sales process, guiding prospects through solution evaluation and design.
  • Translate Verity Solutions’ capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to each prospect’s operational and clinical needs.
  • Partner with Sales Directors to support customer relationships, gather feedback, and inform solution positioning.
  • Respond proactively to technical and functional questions that arise during the sales cycle.
  • Document customer interactions, follow‑ups, and insights accurately within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to plan and execute solution designs for client engagements.
  • Support savings analyses for prospective clients’ contract pharmacy networks.
  • Provide structured customer feedback to Product Management to inform roadmap priorities and enhancements.
  • Ensure customer data, engagement summaries, and key insights are accurately maintained and leveraged in Salesforce.
  • Support RFP responses through data collection, analysis, and solution articulation.
  • Represent Verity Solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer webinars.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Evernorth, Operations, and Product Management partners to support client and sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain technical and functional concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven comfort engaging with IT, pharmacy staff, and senior executives including VP‑ and C‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience working in a goal‑oriented, sales‑driven environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required).
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience supporting technology‑enabled healthcare or pharmacy solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Working Conditions

  • This role operates in a home office environment with regular computer and phone use. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
  • Travel is expected up to 40% of the time to support customer engagements and industry events. Must live near an airport

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
