Index & Analytics Engineering operates like a small company within Nasdaq, owning the full development lifecycle - from pre-sales and customer requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing 24/7 support. We have a very flat organization where everyone encouraged to contribute on equal terms.

You’ll thrive in this position if you take a pragmatic approach, bring a strong “let’s do this” attitude, and have a passion for building high-quality technology in a collaborative, global environment. Are you a professional in building scalable AWS solutions? Phenomenal! If not, with us you'll get a chance to become one!

  • Support highly available, low-latency distributed systems used by global customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in developing distributed backend applications (preferably in Java).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for building top products and delivering them to businesses and customers.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm combined with a willingness to share your knowledge with your team to constantly improve ways of working.
  • Excellent working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building scalable solutions in AWS.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud or hybrid deployments.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-border engineering teams.
