Standardize and implement quality assurance procedures for software development.
Oversee testing, debugging, and the development of fixes for software issues.
Research and analyze complex software complaints, making necessary adjustments and recommendations for resolution.
Influence departmental strategy and make decisions regarding technical approaches for project components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including front-end, back-end, and infrastructure groups—to deliver high-quality solutions.
Engage with vendor-supported dispensing sites to ensure seamless system integration and support.
Partner closely with SRE and infrastructure teams to proactively address system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development, automation, and deployment processes.
Integrate and optimize systems using cloud-based technologies.
Ensure adherence to best practices for code quality, security, and compliance.
This role will require an in-office presence minimum 2-3 days per week in our Louisville, KY office. Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of this office. Please consider when applying.
