As the Social Media Support Specialist, you are responsible for the creation of engaging video content, captions, strategy, editing and be a content creation support to social media team members. You will serve as the front line of communication between the brand and its online community. This role focuses on delivering timely, helpful, and brand-aligned responses across social media platforms while supporting engagement and customer satisfaction. As well as support team with content creation.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, direct messages, and reviews across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Engage with customers and followers in a friendly, empathetic, and brand-consistent voice to foster positive relationships and community trust.
Strategizing, developing, and editing content output on social media channels, aligned with overarching company goals (short-term and long-term).
Develop and edit creative and compelling content that aligns with the brand messaging and goals.
Support day-to-day social media operations by maintaining active communication across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to stay informed on campaigns, promotions, and messaging to ensure accurate customer communication.
Track and document common customer questions, feedback, and sentiment trends to inform internal teams and improve overall customer experience.
Assist in managing user-generated content (UGC), including identifying opportunities to engage, respond, and escalate high-value interactions.
Support influencer and partnership inquiries by responding promptly and routing opportunities to the appropriate teams.
Use social media management tools to organize, prioritize, and respond to incoming messages efficiently.
Assist in analyzing engagement metrics and customer interaction trends to recommend improvements in response strategies.
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Tuesday–Saturday or equivalent 5-day workweek), to ensure consistent customer support coverage.
