THE JOB:

As a Slot Marketing Representative at MGM National Harbor, you’re the friendly face behind unforgettable casino experiences. You’ll connect with guests, hype up our loyalty program, and turn everyday visits into winning memories—all while working in a fast‑paced, exciting resort environment. If you love people, promotions, and a little casino buzz, this role is for you!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Welcome guests at the Players Club desk or assigned areas and assist with all loyalty program needs
Enroll new members into the MGM Rewards program and explain all benefits, offers, and perks
Redeem guest points for express comps and complimentary amenities based on eligibility
Evaluate guest play and status to enhance their overall experience
Accurately input and update player information in the Player Tracking System
Resolve guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care
Protect confidential company and guest information at all times
Share feedback and ideas with leadership to help improve guest engagement and productivity
Escalate unusual events, complaints, or incidents to management as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 18 years of age
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Preferred)

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$19.10
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
