Slack Japan(Salesforceグループ)における営業マネージャー(Sales Manager)は、主に法人営業チームの管理、売上目標の達成、チームメンバーの育成を担うポジションです。

職務の目的
 
  • 売上目標の達成: 日本市場におけるSlackのサブスクリプション売上(ARR)の拡大。
  • チームの指導: 法人営業チームのメンバー(Account Executive)をマネジメントし、高いパフォーマンスを維持・向上させる。
  • 顧客関係の構築: 中堅規模顧客との関係を強化し、アップセルやクロスセルを促進する。


主な職務内容 (Responsibilities)
 

営業戦略の立案と実行: 日本市場における市場シェア拡大のための営業戦略策定。

パイプライン管理: 営業チームのパイプライン(案件)を管理し、売上予測の精度を向上させる。

チームマネジメント: 営業メンバーの採用、オンボーディング、目標設定、評価。

商談支援: 大規模案件や戦略的案件におけるトップ営業として、メンバーのクロージングを支援する。

部門間連携: アカウント営業チームとのアラインし、マーケティング、カスタマーサクセス、製品チームと連携し、包括的な顧客体験を提供する。



必要なスキル・経験 (Requirements)
 
  • 法人営業経験: SaaS、IT、ソフトウェア業界における大手企業向け営業(エンタープライズ営業)の経験。
  • マネジメント経験: 営業チームのリーダーまたはマネージャー経験(目標数値に責任を持った経験)。
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力: 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション(ビジネスレベル以上)、英語力(本社との連携に必要)。
  • 数値意識: 売上予測、KPI管理能力。
