Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Total Rewards & Organizational Design Specialist who will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our organizational structure and job architecture. This position combines expertise in job evaluation, organizational design, and compensation & benefits, supporting both local and global initiatives.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the job description creation process, ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures, and update the job description methodology as needed.
  • Manage job documentation, job descriptions, databases, and tables related to job codes and job families.
  • Evaluate job positions and classify them in line with defined levels of responsibility, complexity, and impact.
  • Perform job classification-related activities and maintain consistency across the organization.
  • Cooperate on developing and maintaining job evaluation frameworks.
  • Collect and analyse data required for updates to the organizational structure and job catalogue.
  • Ensure continuous updates of the organizational structure and job catalogue.
  • Conduct regular organizational structure audits and propose improvements to increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead organizational design projects at both local and global levels.
  • Provide expert consulting and support to managers and HR Business Partners on organizational design and job architecture to build an effective and sustainable organization.
  • Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders on cross-functional and global initiatives.
  • Analyse the impact of organizational changes on ESET, including financial implications.
  • Prepare presentations for management approval of organizational changes and supporting documentation for implementation in internal systems.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making, leadership reviews, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and provide support during audits and compliance checks.

Compensation, Benefits, and Budget Support

  • Cooperate on compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and compensation frameworks.
  • Provide support during the budget planning process.
  • Cooperate on compensation and benefits surveys.
  • Implement new processes within the Compensation and Benefits area and actively participate in creating operating procedures and internal guidelines.
  • Support benefits administration and execution, including maintenance of required documentation.
  • Identify problem areas and propose improvements related to benefit cost optimization and employee satisfaction.
  • Participate in global benefits harmonization activities.

Market expansion Projects

  • Cooperate on market expansion initiatives and related projects.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organizational Design, Compensation and Benefits, or as an HR Generalist within an international organization.
  • Experience with job catalogues, job descriptions, internal policies, methodology setting, and the design or implementation of organizational changes is highly desirable.

  • Methodical, systematic, and conceptual approach to work.
  • Ability to analyze complex texts precisely, align multiple requirements, and identify inconsistencies or duplications.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to propose alternative and creative solutions.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to assess risks and evaluate the impact of proposed solutions.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Very good communication and presentation skills. The role requires close collaboration within the HR team and across stakeholders, including the ability to listen, argue constructively, cooperate, and understand interdependencies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, share responsibilities, and contribute actively as part of the HR team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and organized working style.

Technical and Language Skills

  • Advanced MS Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Workday and Visio is an advantage
  • Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools is preferred
  • Fluency in English - written and spoken

Note: This position is a maternity leave cover; however, we do not exclude the possibility of further continuation of the cooperation

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 100 EUR

* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (usually 6 months).

* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate
