We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Delivery Operations Team in Brisbane, QLD. This person will administer and control projects across QLD and surrounding regions, using their ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers, and motivate and inspire their team.

What will you be doing?

  • Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture

  • Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site

  • Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process

  • Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines

  • Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others, and always strives to exceed customer expectations

  • Manage performance and skill development of the team

  • Drive key projects aimed at continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

  • Experience managing a team essential

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred - Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Trade qualifications are highly desirable

  • Elevator industry experience preferred

  • Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level

  • Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training

  • Proven ability to win with customers

  • Resilient and persevering approach

  • Outgoing and customer centric personality
