ensuring and managing the transport of goods
communicating with customer service and customers as needed
participating in the implementation of shipments for new customers, setting up new processes
ordering transport - couriers for small packages, samples, trials, etc.
resolving crisis situations that threaten the proper delivery of finished products to the customer
working in the SAP system
previous experience working in a logistics department
knowledge of Incoterms and CMR is an advantage
intermediate level of English
good organizational and communication skills
stress resistance
knowledge of working in SAP system is an advantage
