Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Services Product Manager to lead the development, management, and optimization of our services offerings. The Services Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, execution, and delivery of services that enhance customer value and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Services Strategy and Development:

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for services products, aligning with overall business goals and market demands.

  • Identify customer pain points and opportunities to create innovative service solutions.

  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to ensure services offerings remain relevant and differentiated.

Roadmap Creation and Prioritization:

  • Develop and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap for services offerings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, and engineering) to prioritize features and enhancements.

Customer Insights and Feedback:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making and improve services products.

  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Operational Excellence:

  • Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure offerings are scalable, efficient, and aligned with customer requirements.

  • Develop processes, tools, and metrics to monitor the performance and quality of services.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions for services products.

  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials and training.

  • Drive adoption and revenue growth for services offerings.

Performance Measurement:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of services products.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within services or SaaS industries.

  • Strong understanding of customer experience and service delivery principles.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) and data analysis software.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $119,500.00 - $275,000.00
