Job Summary
The role focuses on driving revenue and margin contributions from a diverse portfolio, thereby ensuring continuous enhancement to business performance. The role defines and executes the function's vision, fosters customer business transformation, and represents services within the organization. This role also collaborates globally with everyone from sales to product management to the services delivery organization. 

Ideal Candidate:

Highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and strong in executive-level communication.

This person should be able to connect data to business action, influence across teams without formal authority, manage sensitive priorities with discretion, and sustain momentum across cross-functional workstreams with minimal direction.

Core Responsibilities:
Risk identification and issue escalation

  • Identify delivery/operational/financial/compliance risks and track leading indicators.

  • Triage issues, quantify impact, and drive mitigation plans with clear owners/dates.

  • Escalate with options, tradeoffs, and a recommended decision; ensure closure and lessons learned.

Business planning, process improvement, and performance reporting

  • Support annual/quarterly planning (priorities, milestones, dependencies, success metrics).

  • Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, defining requirements, and implementing standardized ways of working.

  • Deliver recurring performance reporting with insights, root-cause analysis, and action plans.

Cross-functional program management

  • Lead end-to-end programs across product, sales, finance, and delivery with aligned scope, milestones, and governance.

  • Manage integrated plans across workstreams (readiness, enablement, policy, tooling) and resolve dependencies/blockers.

  • Maintain execution rigor—cadence, accountability, and readiness for launch and run-state.

  • Collaborates across regions, geographies, and global teams to formulate and implement innovative services, solutions, or programs and their associated processes to gaps

  • Ensure delivery teams are provided with necessary guidance to drive accountability and successful program execution, ensuring project success and alignment.

Executive communications and leadership support

  • Create executive-ready briefings (readouts, decision memos, QBR content) that are concise and data-backed.

  • Synthesize complex inputs into clear narratives, risks, and recommendations; anticipate leader questions.

  • Run leadership cadences (agendas, pre-reads, actions) and follow through to completion.

Financial, compensation, and policy-related analysis based on business need

  • Perform financial and scenario analysis (revenue/margin, cost-to-serve, forecast variance) to inform decisions.

  • Assess compensation/coverage impacts and recommend structures that align behavior to business outcomes.

  • Interpret policy implications, surface risks/edge cases, and propose clear guidance for execution.

  • Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
