• Develop, execute, and update the MS 10/8 strategy through periodic price reviews, portfolio alignment, competitor analysis and trends, inventory management, positioning activities, sales analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Support the sales team by developing effective sales tools and planning/participating in customer visits and providing technical support.
• Provide training to customers and sales colleagues.
• Serve as a member of the Regional and Global team.
• Act as a global representative.
• Coordinate with other regional and global companies to take advantage of existing opportunities and contracts.
• Propose and implement annual operational/budget plans.
• Attend and organize industry-specific exhibitions and seminars as appropriate. Participate as a member in associations or groups, as appropriate.
• Prepare monthly activity, sales, and opportunity reports. Prepare weekly visit plans and monthly activity reports for global market managers.
