We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Services Coordinator to join our team in Yokneam. This on-site role plays a key part in ensuring an exceptional employee experience by supporting daily workplace operations, managing space planning and seating, promoting wellness and sustainability initiatives, and assisting with site events and engagement activities. The role also involves managing vendor coordination, budget tracking, and purchase order processes for a variety of workplace services.
What you’ll be doing:
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for employees’ workplace-related needs and requests.
Partner with IT, HR, R-soc (security), and other support functions to ensure a seamless and efficient employee experience.
Maintain and update seating charts, floor layouts, and space allocation databases.
Coordinate seating moves, reconfigurations, and floor changes to support team growth and site evolution.
Support site-level events such as employee gatherings, volunteering days, and seasonal celebrations.
Coordinate logistics, vendor management, setup, and internal communications related to events.
Monitor and review workplace services budgets in coordination with management.
Initiate and manage purchase orders (POs) for vendors and service providers, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking.
What we need to see:
BA degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or employee engagement roles.
Strong organizational, financial, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and vendor relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Passion for employee experience, wellness, and sustainability.
