We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with excellent communication skills. If you are a ServiceNow professional with a proven track record of success in solution design, configurations and integrations implementation, we would love to hear from you.
Job responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on ServiceNow and ensuring their success and satisfaction with our solutions.
• Implementation Management: Be a part of end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and postimplementation support.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Workshops: Conduct workshops with clients to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote user adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Configuration: Configure ServiceNow applications to meet client specifications, leveraging your expertise in the platform's capabilities and best practices. Work on system management, user data management, Platform updates, Scripting, and updating User Stories.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT efforts, including test planning, scenario development, test execution, and defect management, to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and fulfil business requirements.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications.
• Enablement and Adoption: Participate and conduct interactive sessions to educate stakeholders on platform capabilities, best practices, and industry trends, empowering them to maximise the value of their ServiceNow investment.
• Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow developments, trends, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement.
Job requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of real-time hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory, and CISITSM/HRSD certification is preferred.
• Experience with any ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/SPM/HRSD solutions.
• Proven history of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with client management and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and time management.
• Proactive communication skills, presenting technology as business solutions.
• Good business sense and relationship-building skills.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity and white spaces and have a start-up mindset.
• Must be flexible and ready to pivot based on the changing demands of a project.
