What You Will Do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Team Leader to oversee our technical team and ensure the successful execution of Service Operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for guiding the team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-quality technical solutions.

How You Will Do It

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technical professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Schedule Time Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Service calls and scheduled PSA’s, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.

Technical Oversight:

  • Provide technical direction and support to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Review and approve technical designs, solutions, and documentation.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalate as necessary.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. (at least 1 per quarter)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, recommending changes that align with organizational goals.

Customer Interaction:

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

Training and Development:

  • Identify skill gaps within the team and provide training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new team members.

Site Readiness:

  • Ensure that all technical teams have the relevant PPE required to complete their tasks
  • Ensure that all technical teams have the required tools to effectively complete their tasks

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology).
  • 5 years of experience in a technical role, with minimum 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong technical knowledge in chillers, instruments, and industrial refrigeration
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
