Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level remote technical support to customers.
- Provide remote and/or on-site technical support to service technicians.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and operational issues in dehumidification equipment.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical clarifications between the factory and local operations.
- Process and manage equipment warranty claims.
- Validate and implement control updates on equipment with direct factory support.
- Prepare service documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during on-site operations.
- Perform service and corrective actions on equipment when required.

Education Level / Certifications:
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of automation and instrumentation.
- Experience working with HVAC systems.
- Experience with BMS systems and communication protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
- Advanced English proficiency
