Responsibilities:
Identity Management
- Support Active Directory and Entra ID operations including user provisioning, group management, and role assignments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Assist with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint:
- Monitor alerts and incidents.
- Support remediation activities and threat investigations.
- Ensure endpoint compliance and policy enforcement.
- Contribute to security posture improvements and reporting.
- Collaborate on implementation of Zero Trust principles and secure access strategies.
Exchange
- Provide 2nd level support for mailbox access issues, mail flow problems, and policy enforcement.
- Assist with mailbox migrations, shared mailbox configurations, and retention policies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to transport rules, connectors, and message trace.
- Support Exchange Online Protection (EOP) configurations and spam/phishing analysis.
Unified Communications
- Provide 2nd level support for Microsoft Teams, including chat, meetings, and calling functionalities.
- Troubleshoot issues with Teams clients, devices, and connectivity.
- Support Teams Phone System (e.g., Direct Routing, Calling Plans) and assist with call quality analysis.
- Help manage Teams policies and configurations via the Teams Admin Center.
SharePoint Online
- Handle permissions and access issues for SharePoint sites and document libraries.
- Support site owners with configuration, content management, and metadata setup.
- Assist with site provisioning, lifecycle management, and compliance settings.
- Troubleshoot synchronization issues with OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Assist with integrated collaboration tools (e.g., Planner, Whiteboard) and secure file sharing.
Microsoft 365 Apps
- Provide support for installation, updates, and performance issues of M365 Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Troubleshoot activation and licensing problems.
- Assist with Group Policy configurations for endpoints.
- Support compliance and security features such as retention policies, DLP, and Defender for Office 365.
Additional Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and service requests escalated from 1st level support.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base.
- Monitor service health dashboards and generate usage/performance reports.
- Collaborate with global teams and escalate complex issues to 3rd level or vendor support.
- Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 services and administration
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and in a remote and international team setup
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, MS-203)
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of compliance and security features in M365
