Principales responsabilités :
Coordonner les plannings des techniciens, gérer et maximiser les interventions de Service sur la France
Planifier les interventions et les contrats, en coordonnant les plannings des techniciens avec les livraisons des pièces, pour proposer et confirmer les rendez-vous aux clients, et gérer les accès sur site.
Aider à développer l'activité de service en optimisant les plannings pour atteindre les objectifs prévus.
Maximiser les heures de travail facturables du technicien et surveiller l'efficacité du temps de travail (utilisation)
Coordonner en interne avec d'autres départements, tels que les ventes, la logistique, les achats, les finances et la production.
D’autres taches administratives liées à la gestion des interventions pourront s’ajouter (création et gestion des Work Order, saisies des commandes, approvisionnement, suivi de l’expédition du matériel, facturation des interventions)
