Service Business Supervisor

Raleigh, NC (Envirotrol) Full time

Responsibilities

  • Through relationships with internal operations and administrative staff, work to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively and efficiently address issues.

  • Provide support to Branch Leadership in the overall accountability of costs pertaining to work execution, overhead expenses, labor utilization, and GM performance.

  • Review branch open job costs and provide oversight to the Coordinator on billing status.

  • Provide oversight to daily billing.

  • Attend weekly scheduling meeting with Coordinator & Service Manager to have an awareness of labor forecasting.

  • Perform AR responsibilities to track past due customer invoices and communication needed to receive payment.

  • Maintain vehicle & warehouse Inventory and complete monthly reconciliation.

  • Provide accounts payable support to ensure our vendors get paid timely, and cost is posting quickly & accurately.

  • Provide Preventative Maintenance cost forecasting, planning and backlog reviews.

  • Provide Demand service cost forecasting and planning.

  • Provide Project cost forecasting and planning .

  • Provide support to the Coordinator role if needed in scheduling / dispatching Technicians. 

  • Administrative duties as required.

  • Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and clients/customers.

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to identify and assist with problem resolution.

  • Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, experience with CRM/sales software applications a plus.  Proficiency with Excel & Google Sheets a must.
