Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Service Administrator based in our Doncaster depot. As a Service Administrator, you will manage and deliver professional, timely and efficient Service Administrative support to the UK&I business.

What you’ll do as a Service Administrator:
Provide vital administrative support for all equipment movements across the UK & Ireland, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Manage system activity across M3, Spartan and Salesforce, resolving exceptions, discrepancies and data anomalies.
Coordinate agreement transfers, charge line updates and booking‑in requests to maintain accurate commercial and customer records.
Maintain equipment stock integrity, including amendments for damage, re‑sizing and preparation for financial stock checks.
Support weekly operational reviews, resolve outstanding order issues and enable equipment transfers across depots and locations.
You are:
Highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Confident communicator with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner.
Able to work independently using own initiative, while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
Strong attention to detail with good numerical and written accuracy and an understanding of business processes.
Computer‑literate with experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
