Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, on s'attendra à ce que le Spécialiste technique effectue ce qui suit :
- Mettre en pratique une planification et des connaissances affinées en matière d'ingénierie.
- Mener des projets indépendants de façon autonome et être responsable de la coordination des tâches difficiles.
Les responsabilités comprendront mais ne seront pas limitées à :
- Utiliser sa grande expérience et des concepts professionnels afin de résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes de façon créative et efficace.
- Entreprendre des études, des analyses et des interprétations indépendantes et proposer des solutions.
- Définir et examiner des critères de rendement relatifs aux spécifications de conception afin d'améliorer l'efficacité.
- Agir en tant qu'expert en la matière dans son propre domaine ou en tant que conseiller dans son propre service.
- Superviser et approuver toutes les activités de conception et d'essai d'un composant, d'un sous-système ou d'un processus précis.
- Établir et faciliter la communication avec les autres équipes afin de gérer les interdépendances.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine en lien avec le poste.
- De 5 à 8 ans d'expérience pertinente au minimum.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

In this role, the Technical Specialist will be expected to:
- Require application of mature engineering knowledge and planning.
- Conduct independent projects autonomously and is responsible for coordination of difficult assignments.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Use wide-ranging experience and professional concepts to resolve complex technical issues in creative and effective ways.
- Undertake independent studies, analysis, interpretations and propose solutions.
- Define and review design specification performance criteria to improve efficiency.
- Act as subject matter expert in own field and/or as an advisor within own department.
- Supervise and approve all design and test activities of a specific component, sub-system, or process.
- Establish and facilitate communication with other teams in order to manage interdependencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in job-related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and xxx.
