The NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) trains developers, data scientists, and researchers how to solve challenging problems using AI, deep learning, generative AI, accelerated computing, and the industrial metaverse. We are now seeking an experienced Training Advisor to join our team and lead all aspects of training engagements with enterprise, government, and academic customers. In this role, you will manage opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate the delivery of training services to customers in the region.
What you'll be doing:
Qualifying, managing, and driving the pipeline of training opportunities and providing regular reports to the broader team
Meeting with customers, assessing their training needs, and building detailed training plans/proposals for workforce upskilling
Coordinating training operations with local and HQ team members, including coordinating workshop deliveries, resourcing instructors and teaching assistants, managing customer data, and providing reports
Collaborating with partners to deliver training services for key customers and industry events
Representing NVIDIA Training at key industry events
What we need to see:
5+ years of proven experience with opportunity and account management, and creating/maintaining strategic alliances
A four-year Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Proven experience assessing customers’ training needs, developing training plans, and managing multiple customer engagements in parallel
Strong analytical, marketing, and project management capabilities Demonstrated success working with C-level executives, engineers, and cross-functional global teams
Solid understanding of the accelerated computing and AI ecosystem, including new technologies, key players, and competitors
Willingness to travel occasionally (10%-15%)
