About the Role
As the Global Senior Manager for Traffic & Acquisition you will define and lead the strategy that drives profitable, sustainable traffic to Dyson.com across Global Markets. You will also shape the future of how markets collaborate, share best practice and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Lead and develop a team with clarity, pace, and a low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset
Ensure our acquisition activity is best‑in‑class including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO / GEO, Affiliates in sync with upper‑funnel brand activations shaping how consumers discover and buy directly from Dyson
Partner closely with Global and Market teams, influencing everything from attribution modelling to data tracking to campaign optimisation
Drive agency relationships across Search, Media and SEO, ensuring alignment to Dyson’s standards, KPIs and ambitions
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a leader who can balance high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on performance ownership. You will drive cross‑channel optimisation, improve revenue and profitability, and champion a more efficient, sustainable traffic mix.
Previous skills & experience:
8+ years of hands‑on experience in Media / Acquisition within a Digital or DTC E‑commerce environment
Deep expertise in both paid and organic search, with the ability to create fully integrated “one search” strategies
Strong experience managing agencies in a performance-driven environment
Comfortable working across analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Relevant experience working in an international environment, coordinating multiple markets and collaborating with people from different cultures and nationalities
Experience operating within Global or Regional structures with detailed creative guidelines
A track record of leading teams within matrixed organisations
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues simply
A meticulous eye for detail, a bias for action, low ego, and the ability to operate at pace.
Fluency in English; additional language(s) is an advantage
