The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to serve as a strategic liaison helping to align Total Rewards strategy with Business priorities.

This role will report to the Director of Business Unit Total Rewards Partner Team and partner closely across the Total Rewards Business Unit Partner Teams, Global Compensation, Executive Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, and other key stakeholders to align key priorities, assess current and potential offerings, and ensure education, engagement, and execution across key initiatives. This role will operate in an agile manner, pivoting across key initiatives and teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Engage across all areas of Total Rewards and Business teams across a variety of strategic initiatives – including Compensation, Executive Compensation, and Benefits

  • Collaborate to translate Total Rewards strategies and Business needs while developing and executing short and long-term initiatives

  • Navigate Total Rewards and key stakeholder teams to assess current state, identify needs or opportunities, and recommend scalable changes for key Total Rewards offerings – including base pay, additives, incentives

  • Provide input to strategies, program design, process, and communications to optimize the impact of the company’s investment in Total Rewards

  • Lead Total Rewards projects and/or key deliverables to leverage data and analytics, identify internal/external impacts, and build recommendations and execution plans, as needed

  • Leverage experience in compensation and benefits plan design and programs, conducting analysis, developing options and recommendations, and consulting on scalable solutions

  • Develop and deliver communications, training, and change management across key stakeholders in HR and the Business

  • Travel up to 25%, as required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • 10+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs

  • 10+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy or consulting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred

  • Leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with agility, navigating cross-functional collaboration, and applying project management methods, standard approaches and processes across levels and functions

  • Experience with compensation, classification, and salary systems

  • Excellent organizational skills and abilities

  • Experience in the development, facilitation, or support of Compensation, Benefits and/or Total Rewards programs and initiatives

  • Expertise in leveraging data and metrics to assess issues, key dynamics, trends, and identify implications of strategic options

  • Expertise in developing recommendations based on internal and external data

  • Expert experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong business acumen and capability to translate Business issues and priorities into Total Rewards strategies

  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely

  • Capability to influence across levels and functions

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations

Summary pay range: $141,100 – $218,500
