Protiviti is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Project Manager to join our growing Digital team. This role focuses on leading enterprise web development, digital platforms, and marketing technology initiatives, serving as the primary delivery lead and trusted client partner for complex technical engagements.
The Senior Technical Delivery Project Manager is expected to understand clients’ business strategies and successfully lead the delivery of enterprise digital, web, and platform implementations. This role serves as the ongoing connection between the client and Protiviti Digital, ensuring strong communication, delivery excellence, and long-term relationship growth. You will lead large-scale technical delivery efforts, including enterprise website builds, CMS implementations, Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives, and digital transformation programs, while driving Agile delivery practices and cross-functional collaboration.
You have experience leading enterprise-level web development, website redesigns, platform migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
You enjoy managing implementations of CMS and digital platforms such as AEM, Drupal, Sitecore, and similar technologies.
You thrive in driving delivery within Agile or hybrid Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
You oversee functional requirements, user stories, acceptance testing, release planning, and go-live activities.
You ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client business objectives.
You serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements and lead day-to-day client communications, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and senior leaders through effective communication and partnership.
You translate business goals into clear technical and delivery plans, identifying and supporting account growth and business development opportunities.
You collaborate with leadership to create and deliver statements of work (SOWs) and manage change requests.
You partner with internal stakeholders to expand and strengthen client relationships.
You lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, QA, analytics, and marketing technology.
You provide mentorship, oversight, and direction to project team members to support growth and high performance.
Proven experience delivering enterprise digital and web development projects.
Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to lead complex, technical initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Experience managing, motivating, and developing cross-functional and distributed teams.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years of relevant project management experience, as well as:
Enterprise digital or web development projects, CMS and platform implementations (e.g., AEM, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.) and Agile or hybrid Agile delivery environments.
Adobe Experience Cloud platforms such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Marketo.
Leading technical platforms, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other Agile/project management certifications are a plus.
Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms a plus.
Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$157,000.00 - $251,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
14%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$178,980.00 - $286,140.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
