Senior Talent Consultant (m/f/d)

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in applicable field – ideally with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification
  • At least three years of professional experience in a consulting environment with a focus on project-based work - ideally Talent Acquistion, Human Ressources,
  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting as well as in collaboration with stakeholders across different seniority levels
  • Track record in delivering projects in the areas of talent analytics, employer branding, tool implementation or the development of holistic sourcing strategies
  • Strong data-driven working style and experience in creating reports and analyses

Be responsible for

  • help organizations at different stages of growth develop their people and evolve their operating structures. This includes taking on interim responsibilities, delivering outcome-driven project work, or partnering in a consulting capacity. 
  • Take ownership of exciting client projects across different industries – both on an operational and on a strategic level. E.g Hiring C-Level for e-commerce leaders or work as an embedded Senior Consultant in hypergrowth companies.
  • Own the entire end-to-end recruiting process – from sourcing strategy and evaluation through to the offer stage.
  • Monitor and analyse data to identify optimisation potential at an early stage and translate these insights into targeted actions within your projects.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Act as a strategic partner for hiring managers and C-Level as well as external clients in all areas of talent acquisition.

In a Nutshell

Hands-on across projects: As a Senior Talent Consultant, you’ll work on various end-to-end recruitment projects within A11 or the A11 Ecosystem and be a Business Partner for Hiring Managers and Candidates.

Learning at the core: You’ll get weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with your manager, plus regular knowledge-sharing sessions with leaders from marketing, data, tech, AI, and more - all designed to shape you into a well-rounded Consultant and  people leader.

Future-focused: The Senior Consultant is a full time role clearly designed to be the start of a long-term journey. You drive your growth, and we’ll provide the tools and support to make it happen.
