About the Role

As a Senior TA Partner within our global Product & Technology TA team, you will own end-to-end recruitment across software and hardware engineering, platform and infrastructure, AI/ML, and product management. You will be the subject-matter expert in APAC (particularly Singapore and Australia) technology talent markets, partnering with engineering and product leaders to deliver high-quality, strategically sourced hires.

This is a talent advisor role, not a coordination role. You will be expected to provide market intelligence, proactive pipeline thinking, and genuine technology talent expertise in every search.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the potential for longer-term opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for complex technology and product roles - from role briefing and market mapping through to offer management.

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and People Business Partners, providing market intelligence and candidate landscape insight to shape hiring strategies.

  • Lead proactive sourcing for passive technology talent across software engineering, hardware engineering, AI/ML, and product disciplines.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority capability areas, including AI/ML engineering, full-cycle/full-stack software engineering, and senior product roles.

  • Represent ResMed's EVP and technology transformation story to candidates in the APAC market.

  • Use data, sourcing analytics, and AI-powered TA tools to drive efficiency and improve the quality of hire.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of technology recruiting experience, with a track record across software engineering, hardware engineering, and/or product management in an enterprise technology or high-tech environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of the APAC technology talent market, with direct hiring experience in Singapore and Australia.

  • Demonstrable expertise in the AI/ML engineering talent market in APAC - understanding of the candidate landscape, compensation dynamics, and sourcing strategies for this competitive discipline.

  • Advanced direct sourcing and passive talent engagement skills - market mapping, dynamic search techniques, talent intelligence tools, and the ability to convert passive candidates through informed outreach.

  • Proven stakeholder management capability, with experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and People Business Partners in fast-paced, transformation-driven organisations.

  • Comfort operating with autonomy - you can set direction on a search, not just execute a process.

Preferred

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a technology-related discipline - or equivalent specialist recruiting experience.

  • Experience applying technical assessment frameworks in engineering and product hiring contexts.

  • Established professional networks in the Singapore and/or Sydney technology talent markets.
