Senior Supply Chain Consultant (Maestro BPO), Global Operations

The team you will be part of

GN is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Consultant (Business Process Owner) to join our Supply Chain Planning Systems team, supporting stakeholders globally in Hearing and Gaming & Enterprise. In this role, you will own and optimize our planning solution (Maestro, Kinaxis), ensuring smooth operations, system improvements, and enabling planning excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business needs with technical solutions, and playing a key role in Agile delivery and Change management.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

• Own the Maestro platform: Ensure system stability, governance, and continuous improvement via the system Roadmap
• Facilitate end-to-end planning excellence: Identify optimization opportunities and implement new functionalities to enhance end-to-end planning
• Translate business needs into solutions: Gather requirements, create functional specifications, and manage change requests in Azure DevOps
• Lead Agile ceremonies: Act as a key business product owner in SAFe Agile, ensuring backlog refinement and prioritization
• Oversee testing initiatives: Conduct system integration testing and facilitate user acceptance testing
• Train and empower users: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users
• Manage the planning community: Host super-user sessions to share best practices, capture feedback, and communicate changes effectively
• Handle incidents and enhancements: Manage ServiceNow tickets, testing, and validation of new features
• Promote innovation: Propose and implement ideas that improve performance and user experience
• Enable AI-driven planning: Explore and implement AI capabilities in planning and Kinaxis
• Project & Change Management: Act as a project and change manager in system-related projects securing adoption of new functionalities through clear communication and engagement

To thrive well in the role, we imagine that you have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field - e.g., Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management
• Several years of experience with supply chain planning - from e.g., consultancy or planning roles
• Practical experience with advanced planning systems - Kinaxis
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile as a Product Owner
• Solid experience in leading project initiatives and implementing change strategies
• Fluent in English both orally and in writing
