Your Team, Your Impact

Quality Management System is responsible for implementing and driving global ISO9001 compliant processes. Also responsible for product environmental compliance, RMA Process, BCP disaster management, IC product marking and labeling, NPI project management, Six Sigma, Customer RFI, automotive FUSA/ASPICE, ESG, etc.

What You Can Expect

  • Lead and support Marvell’s Business Continuity Program implementation, coordinating responses during business disruption events affecting office locations and supply chains.
  • Collaborate with internal multi-functional teams to ensure effective customer communications and updates during business disruption events.
  • Drive the implementation of a robust Business Continuity Program, including internal and supply chain assessment processes.
  • Support supply chain visibility through customer surveys.
  • Ensure RBA supplier SAQ and VAP compliance, including supplier QBR scoring.
  • Provide support for ESG-related supplier compliance.
  • Review customer RFIs and specifications for nonstandard product quality requirements to ensure alignment with internal specifications.
  • Support customer RFIs to ensure timely and accurate responses, and drive continuous process improvements, including ISO 9001 global implementation.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and support ISO 9001 global implementation.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support business needs, organizational objectives.
  • Build strong working relationships within QMS and across teams, encouraging active participation, knowledge sharing, and partnership to support effective process performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline from a top university.
  • Over 10 years of experience in quality system process management, including ISO9001 compliance, change control, and product compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing/assembly or product/test (IC and Board).
  • Proficiency in CAPA and problem-solving techniques such as 5 WHYs and Fishbone diagrams.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, and Lessons Learned.
  • Experience in business resiliency and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
  • Expertise in Six Sigma, GD&T, and other statistical techniques, with knowledge of REACH, RoHS, ISO 14000, and ISO 45001. Demonstrated experience in customer crisis management is desired. Excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.
