Let's talk about the role:
We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Regional Promotion Solution to join our team, focusing on the sleep and respiratory therapy field. This role will be responsible for building and managing national key KOLs, coordinating with top academic institutions, and overseeing the full lifecycle of medical academic activities nationwide, to enhance the company’s academic influence and support business growth.
- Develop and implement a national key KOL management system, including grading, maintenance and in-depth collaboration, to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with top clinical experts, and drive the company’s brand academic influence in the sleep and respiratory therapy field.
- Be responsible for daily communication, coordination and cooperation with major domestic academic institutions, top hospitals and key departments, maintain a sound academic cooperation ecosystem, and promote academic exchanges and clinical research collaboration.
- Plan, execute, track and review medical academic activities nationwide, including academic conferences, expert seminars, regional salons, clinical research projects, continuing medical education (CME) programs, etc., ensuring the professionalism and effectiveness of activities.
- Deeply insight into clinical needs, diagnosis and treatment guidelines, academic hotspots and competitive landscape in the sleep and respiratory therapy industry, provide professional support for the company’s academic strategy, product positioning and marketing promotion.
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration with sales, medical affairs, marketing and other teams to promote the landing of academic projects, ensure the quality, progress and target achievement of projects.
- Manage the budget of academic projects, coordinate resources, invite experts, design agendas and coordinate on-site execution, continuously optimize activity effects and improve academic influence.
- Collect, sort out and analyze clinical experts’ opinions, clinical data and market information, output academic insights and optimization suggestions to support decision-making.
Let's talk about you:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Clinical Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or other medical-related fields is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in medical academic marketing, KOL management in medical device or pharmaceutical industry; experience in sleep, respiratory, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) or respiratory therapy field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in national KOL management and in-depth operations, with stable expert resources and customer resources in the sleep and respiratory therapy field, excellent skills in expert communication and relationship maintenance.
- Strong clinical communication skills, academic expression ability and expert insight ability, able to independently dock top experts and academic institutions.
- Rich experience in full-process academic project management, proficiency in academic activity planning, organization and coordination, execution control and effect evaluation.
- Familiar with domestic medical academic system, academic society operation rules and academic promotion norms, with strong project planning, overall promotion and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and expression skills, cross-departmental collaboration ability and pressure resistance, able to adapt to national business trips.
