What this job involves:

As a Specialist Graphic Designer at JLL, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, supporting our EMEA and AMER sales teams throughout their pursuit opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with sellers to create compelling visual content for RFx responses and proposals that effectively communicate our winning themes and sales messaging. Working across both JLL and client brands, you'll translate complex business concepts into visually engaging designs that help drive successful outcomes. You'll take full ownership of assigned projects while maintaining our high standards for brand consistency and innovation, ensuring every piece of collateral reflects JLL's commitment to excellence and client service.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Build compelling charts, graphs, and infographics using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint that transform data into clear, engaging visual stories

  • Edit and enhance images and photographs using Adobe Photoshop to create polished, professional visual content

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate business objectives into effective design solutions

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and traffic managers to provide project updates and carefully manage delivery timeline expectations

  • Create and format sophisticated presentations and documents in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines

  • Develop various types of creative content for both print and digital marketing collateral that resonates with business-to-business audiences

  • Review and refine design concepts based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative vision and brand integrity

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting tight deadlines

  • Uphold brand standard guidelines while continuously seeking innovative approaches to visual communication

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design, or equivalent experience from an accredited art school

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in digital design and graphic arts with demonstrated expertise

  • Proficient to expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft PowerPoint, including experience creating editable graphics and presentations

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document formatting, custom styles, tables, and multimedia integration

  • Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design fundamentals including elements and principles of design, typography, and layout

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions both verbally and in writing

  • Established portfolio showcasing business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral

  • Strong conceptualization abilities and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Video editing and animation capabilities to enhance multimedia content creation

  • Experience working in professional services or commercial real estate environments

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across diverse teams

  • Proven track record of managing fluctuating workloads while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

  • Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones

  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude when facing complications, adversity, and competing priorities
