About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

KB UI enhancement after go-live

KB ingest algorithm enhance according to new doc format

KB metadata management

Chatbot UI change after go-live Integration with third party relevant trouble shooting and fixing Support the CAB process for doc ops (each batch of doc change will need simple CAB process according to TBP guidance) Daily EB application trouble shooting

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 years of full stack development experience delivering production-grade web applications and services.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (fluent). Cantonese is added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with Java and React skillset.
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure Cloud or other popular Cloud Service
• Familiar with Restful API development, micro-services and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud framework
• Familiar with MSSQL or other databases
• Experience in develop or using AEM components is preferable
• Experience in LLM/RAG knowledge is added advantage.
• Familiarity with insurance and financial services is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
