In this role, you’ll collaborate with LBG experts, engineers, and partners to deliver scalable, robust solutions with measurable impact. Strong communication skills, the ability to bridge business and IT, and a collaborative spirit are essential. • Deliver on LBG Engineering Platform/Lab and team roadmaps.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to release and evolve enterprise-class strategic products and features.

  • Enhance the resiliency and reliability of platform services and product features.

  • Monitor system health, manage error budgets, and drive improvements in Mean Time to Failure (MTTF) and Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).

  • Incident & Problem Management: Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis.

  • Approach problem-solving with an engineering mindset, diagnosing and resolving issues.

  • Build tools that support service reliability and code quality.

  • Working across multiple labs and signature projects in the Engineering space.

  • Lead innovative initiatives to drive next-generation technology and foster a high-performing, supportive environment.

  • Actively mentor, coach, and develop peers across teams, helping others grow their technical skills.
