Position Summary:
The Recruitment Supervisor is a strategic partner responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process across the organization. This role leads sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and hiring operations to attract, assess, and onboard top talent. As a senior member of the HR team, the Recruitment Lead collaborates with department heads to forecast hiring needs, improve candidate experience, and ensure alignment with workforce planning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Lead and mentor recruiters and generalists, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and interview processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Optimize sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal hiring policies.
• Lead onboarding coordination in partnership with HR and department leads.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in hiring for a wide range of roles, including volume, technical, corporate, and leadership positions.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and remote workforce models.
