About the role

As part of a site-based IT team, the key purpose of the Senior Site IT Service Lead is to oversee the scoping and delivery of IT support services taken by one or more sites across the Supply Chain.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

·         Manage IT operations and issue resolution across site(s) or node(s) in the Supply Chain, acting as the primary contact for IT Shared Services.

·         Own and oversee Risk, Quality, and Compliance processes for IT services, including audits, validation documentation, change control, and incident management.

·         Partner with shared services and business stakeholders to optimize IT support, control lifecycle management, and maximize value from strategic applications.

·         Ensure IT continuity and governance, including maintenance and testing of continuity plans, monitoring KPIs, and hosting service review meetings.

·         Manage financial and performance aspects of IT services, including Opex for resources and participation in tiered accountability and performance management processes.

·         Drive continuous improvement and customer advocacy, implementing CAPAs, conducting root cause analysis, and maintaining strong relationships across IT and business groups.

 

 

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

·         A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related area is required.

·         A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT roles such as Help Desk, Computer Programming, Networking or similar IT support functions is required.

·         Good knowledge and understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT service management principles.

·         Must have strong knowledge of IT Systems and how their application to business processes, with the ability to optimize system use for operational efficiency.

·         Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including planning and prioritizing tasks to meet objectives and deadlines is necessary.

 

  

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Holder of ITIL Foundation certificate a plus

·         Windows Server Certification a plus (Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate)

·         Ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment with a good understanding of manufacturing principles and practices.

 

Location – this role is based in: Lincoln, NE. This is not a remote opportunity.
