The Role

The Senior Public Health Engineer will lead the design and delivery of public health systems for large-scale developments, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical excellence, and effective multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead public health engineering design from concept through detailed design.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and international standards.
• Coordinate public health systems with architectural, MEP, and infrastructure teams.
• Review and approve technical reports, calculations, and design deliverables.
• Support authority submissions, approvals, and inspections.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Public Health Engineering (or related discipline).
• 20+ years’ experience in public health engineering.
• Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use or infrastructure projects.
• Strong authority coordination and approval experience.
• Senior-level design management background.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Expert knowledge of public health systems and design standa
• Strong understanding of local regulations and international codes.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead design reviews and manage technical risks.
