The Role

The Senior Electrical Engineer will provide technical leadership for electrical systems design across large-scale infrastructure and building projects. The role requires strong design management capability, authority coordination experience, and leadership within multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design delivery from concept through detailed design.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate electrical systems with architectural, mechanical, FLS, and ICT disciplines.
• Review and approve electrical design deliverables and technical submissions.
• Act as a technical point of contact with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior electrical engineers.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Senior-level experience delivering complex building or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience working with local authorities and approval processes.
• Strong background in multidisciplinary design coordination.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Expert knowledge of electrical systems design and engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of international and regional electrical codes and standards.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage design reviews, risks, and approvals.
