Suvoda is a global clinical trial technology company shaping digital experiences that enable clinical trial sponsor and site professionals to take full command over the inherent logistical complexity behind mission-critical and time-sensitive patient interactions in life-sustaining studies for therapeutic areas such as oncology, central nervous system, and rare disease.
Supporting clinical trials means supporting unique experiments that are inherently complex, high-stakes, and dynamic. It is imperative that Suvoda staff working with clients, end-users, or the systems that client and end-users interact with understand the clinical trial industry, regulations, Suvoda’s software products and processes, and especially the specificities of the unique trial in question before taking any actions they may alter the data of the system in question.

- Develop and maintain structured project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking that provide transparent visibility into cross-functional impacts and delivery;
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across system administrators, business stakeholders, and vendors, reducing friction and ensuring alignment across technical and business teams;
- Drive accountability for stakeholder-owned deliverables, proactively managing due dates, blackout periods, competing priorities, and capacity constraints that may impact timelines;
- Track progress against plan and surface risks, issues, or delays in a timely and structured manner, escalating where appropriate to protect delivery commitments;
- Support requirements gathering activities in partnership with Enterprise Systems leadership, system administrators, and business owners, ensuring business needs are clearly defined and traceable to delivery outcomes;
- Facilitate working sessions and document business and system requirements with clarity and precision;
- Assist with validating scope, assumptions, and deliverables, helping assess impacts on timeline, sequencing, and downstream systems;
- Track requirement changes and coordinate impact assessments to maintain alignment between scope and execution;
- Translate technical and system-related work into clear milestones, timelines, and status updates for business audiences, improving stakeholder understanding and decision-making;
- Maintain project artifacts including status updates, RAID logs, decision tracking, and structured documentation that supports governance and executive visibility;
- Leverage project management tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to streamline planning, meeting documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications, reducing manual coordination overhead;
- Standardize templates, artifacts, and reporting structures to increase consistency, scalability, and execution rigor across Business Technology initiatives;
- Improve cross-functional visibility by maintaining clear dashboards and milestone reporting that allow stakeholders to understand timing, dependencies, and required inputs;
- Continuously identify opportunities to refine processes, simplify coordination, and increase execution efficiency without adding unnecessary process overhead;
- Support disciplined portfolio execution by reinforcing intake controls, sequencing logic, governance guardrails, and delivery consistency across assigned initiatives;
- Provide clear, concise reporting to Enterprise Systems leadership and stakeholders to support informed decision-making and prioritization;
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience supporting business technology or enterprise systems initiatives within a structured delivery environment;
- Experience level sufficient to independently manage defined workstreams within a multi-system portfolio setting;
- Strong curiosity around technology, systems, and emerging tools, with demonstrated ability to leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication;
- Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity, organize complex cross-functional workstreams, and drive execution clarity across stakeholders;
- Experience supporting requirements gathering and scope management in partnership with technical system administrators and business owners;
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines that include stakeholder-owned deliverables, blackout periods, and cross-functional dependencies, while proactively identifying risks and escalating when needed;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical system work into clear, business-friendly language;
- High level of ownership, follow-through, and accountability in driving deliverables to completion;
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms to maintain structured visibility, milestone tracking, and delivery discipline;
- Formal project management training or certification is a plus but not required.
