Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Project Management Specialist to join our Government Training Integration team in Hazelwood, MO. This role focuses on leading the development, execution, and implementation of our Government Training Strategic Partnership Network and investments to support growth and execution to prepare and train the warfighters of the US Armed Forces and our International Partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Strategic Partnership project manager and integration lead across all Government Training (GT) functional and business stakeholders and our strategic partners
  • Drive Government Training growth initiatives and strategy projects
  • Support Government Training investment planning and execution
  • Lead with influence across a complex multi-functional matrixed organization that includes both internal and external stakeholders and customers
  • Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals
  • Define, design and plan projects while effectively managing project teams
  • Control and deliver project deliverables, optimizing the contributions of all team members
  • Plan and execute partner/supplier engagements to grow and implement the Government Training Strategic Partnership Network
  • Develop collaborative relationships across Government Training and industry partners
  • Develop and manage Strategic Partnership Networks.
  • Coordinate collaboration efforts with various Boeing business entities (BDUK, BDA, etc.)
  • Lead GT Growth & Strategy Meetings (Quarterly)
  • Oversee strategy projects:
    • Offset Strategy
    • IP Strategy
  • Provide investment strategy support by aligning investments to partnership opportunities and the overall BGS GT Strategy

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management roles
  • 5+ years of experience working with supply management, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and partner with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
  • Strong understanding of Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), supply management, and strategic frameworks

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with and supporting Government Training programs
  • Master’s degree or higher, or equivalent military experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience leading or supporting program execution, governance, and recovery efforts for complex, multi-program portfolios

Summary pay range: $120,050 - $152,950
