Senior Product Test Engineer

We are looking for a creative and independent Senior Product Test Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Make the choice to join us now! We need a creative people who can help to manage the test production line (OSAT), sustain the test program, enhance the test yield, improve the test quality cross all devices which include GPU, self-driving devices, AI-computing chips.

What you'll be doing:

  • Sustain the test program of mature products and released it into the production line successfully

  • Drive the factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic review

  • Work with the subcontractors for continuous process improvement

  • Collaborate the engineering activities with the functional team and the subcontractor

  • Manage the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues on the production line

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action on production issues

  • Identify and fix manufacturing problems

  • Identify process, material and test program issues

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in IC test engineering, product engineering, and test program development

  • Solid understanding of mixed-signal IC test theory and semiconductor manufacturing process

  • Hands-on experience with wafer sort and final test manufacturing

  • Familiarity with ATE hardware/software platforms (Advantest V93K is a plus)

  • Experience in test data analysis, yield improvement, and production issue troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of burn-in theory and burn-in manufacturing process is a plus

  • Experience in production management and subcontractor/OSAT coordination

  • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin; self-motivated and able to work cross-functionally
